About us

Lucente Collective is both a brick and mortar store and an e-commerce boutique which showcases the best of Australian and International designers. It is located in Hawthorn, Melbourne and surrounded by gorgeous cafes. In this role, you will report directly into the Boutique Owner/Buyer and be actively involved in many areas of the business. You will work with the in-store team to achieve sales targets and create a friendly and boutique shopping experience for our customers. You will work alongside the Marketing & Brand Development Manager in key areas including stock management, visual merchandising and marketing.

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in a previous retail manager role
  • Styling experience and understanding of fashion landscape and current trends
  • Possess exceptional organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced in using Vend (Lightspeed) POS and Shopify E-Commerce
  • Online Order fulfilment experience
  • Stock management experience
  • Experience in growing and nurturing a customer database
  • Exceptional presentation
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
  • Highly motivated and driven in your role with a keen eye for detail

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and confidently provide styling advice using your knowledge of products & brands
  • Fulfil online orders
  • Product management using Vend & Shopify
  • Develop sales budgets and manage individual and store KPI’s
  • Training floor staff
  • Visual merchandising
